Yes. Within the Trip Master's validation screen you have the ability to run an audit. Our built in audits will catch many common clerical mistakes regarding trip times and odometer readings. This is very helpful in ensuring correct numbers in your billing.
Will the software allow for different billing methods?
Yes. The software offers a wide variety of billing methods including but not limited to by the passenger mile, hour, vehicle mile, hour, share miles or hours, per trip, and more.
Will the software allow for customized reporting?
Yes.. There are 100's of standard statistical and billing reports available within the product. All of our reports are exportable by pressing a button to six different popular file formats including excel, msword, wordperfect, and more allowing the user to customize each report to their needs.
Will the Trip Master software create the HIPPA compliant X12 files required in many states?
Yes, our software is currently capable of electronic billing in Florida, Tennessee, and Illinois and we will be glad to add any other state as well for FREE!!!
